The goat milk processing dairy in Serraval, France owns about 80 goats. It produces 45l of milk daily. The goat milk produced is processed into cheese on the farm.
The white water, which is produced during the cleaning of the milking machines and the cheese production, as well as the domestic waste water, is treated in the KLARO One waste water treatment plant without pre-treatment. The SBR plant consists of a monolithic 16.000 L PE tank and is designed for up to 24 PE.
