The Nature Friends House Klippitztörlhaus is located at 1644 meters above sea level and belongs to the Austrian municipality of Bad St.Leonhard. Besides the breathtaking nature, the house also offers some beds for overnight stay, gastronomy and even a sauna.
The Naturfreundehaus already had a bio-treatment plant, but it was getting very old and was no longer running properly. So it was decided to build a new one. A part of the tanks of the old sewage treatment plant was removed and a new 70 PE KLARO wastewater treatment plant was installed by our regional partner with two new round tanks. The installation parts were already installed here before the concrete tanks were put in place.
