Project overview:
The operator of a winery in Portugal was looking for an optimal wastewater treatment solution that was specifically tailored to the needs of viticulture. The challenge was to find a system that would effectively and reliably treat the wastewater produced, while at the same time being able to withstand seasonal fluctuations. Large quantities of wastewater are produced during the harvesting season in particular, while in other months the wastewater volumes are significantly lower. The treatment system therefore not only had to be efficient, but also flexible enough to cope with these changing requirements without any problems.
