Project overview:
A high-performance KLARO wastewater treatment plant was installed for the new airport terminal in Anguilla, designed for 500 PE, which corresponds to 75 m³ of commercial wastewater per day. The plant was integrated into a locally manufactured concrete tank, which is partly underground and partly above ground. Other technical equipment includes a manual screen for coarse material removal, a pumping station, an S180 UV module for hygienic post-treatment, as well as a redundant compressor and a KLARO WebMonitor for convenient remote monitoring and reliable process control. The system thus reliably meets the requirements of the new terminal and ensures stable, maintenance-friendly wastewater treatment.
