A KLARO system for 625 PE (93.75 m³/day) was installed to treat the wastewater of a zoo in Bussolengo, Italy.
The system was installed in prefabricated, rectangular concrete tanks.
Due to the fact that seasonal fluctuations can occur in zoo operations, a 2-strain system was chosen. This allows one road to be shut down during the off-season.
