KLARO Switch cabinets
With KLARO, the electrical components are not housed in the septic tank, but safely in a control cabinet outside. The control cabinet and septic tank are connected gas-tight via an empty pipe with air hoses. This means that the electrical components do not come into contact with the wastewater, dirt, aggressive gases, high humidity, etc. from the septic tank. In addition, the components are thus easily accessible for the operator and maintenance technician.
The control cabinets are manufactured at our site in Bayreuth. Only high-quality components are used, all electrical components are installed so that they are safe to touch, and the cabinets are delivered ready for connection. Prior to this, each cabinet undergoes a comprehensive function and safety check. Likewise, all technical data of your system are extensively documented, so that we can help you as quickly as possible at any time in case of questions.
For the different requirements of our customers there are several cabinet variants and equipment options to choose from. Basically, a distinction is made between indoor and outdoor installation; the size of the cabinet depends on the equipment - usually the compressor is the decisive factor.

Included in the delivery are cabinet keys, easy-to-understand instructions for installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance. In addition, there is a wide range of additional equipment, such as metering pumps, cooling fans, warning lamps, remote monitoring, etc.
M-technology
M technology stands for "machine technology". In this variant, the assemblies are housed individually in a technical room on site, without an enclosing control cabinet. The assemblies are largely pre-assembled for easy installation. All necessary assembly material is included in the scope of delivery.
The KLARO M-technology is only used for larger plants above 50 PE

KLARO compressor
The compressor is one of the most important components of the wastewater treatment plant. It supplies the air necessary for the microbial decomposition of the dirt load, for the circulation of the activated sludge and for the pumping operations with our air jacks. Quality plays a decisive role here.
KLARO valves
The valves in the control cabinet are used to distribute the blowing air of the compressor to the air jacks or the aerators. KLARO has developed special air distributors with stepper motor technology for this purpose and has been using them for over 5 years. The valves are controlled and monitored by the 24V control system. Depending on the requirements, there are double, triple or quadruple distributors in different sizes.

KLARO control
With the KLAROcontrol.S and the KLAROcontrol.M KLARO offers two new controls for the operation of SBR small wastewater treatment plants, which will replace the proven KLbase and KLplus controls. Due to the further development we can now offer you an even better operation and and a wider range of features and connection options.
KLAROcontrol.S and KLAROcontrol.M are exactly the same size as their predecessors, which makes it possible to retrofit existing plants with the new technology.
